I took the advice of all the other shoppers and ordered them a half size larger than needed as my DD wears a 1, and these are about a half size too big. Not sure if she will be able to wear them this fall, may have to save for spring. I would have given them five stars if they had better sizing information listed for this specific brand. Otherwise the shoes are well padded, extremely well made, and so, so cute. Will order this brand again, even if the sizing is a little off. (better that they are too big than too small)
