(More customer reviews)The umbrella came without the ruffle, which made me sad, but not sad enough to take the time to return it since the wedding is close and a white wedding umbrella may not even be needed. IT does surprise me that I did not receive exactly what I ordered, first time EVER through AMAZON.com that this has happened.
