(More customer reviews)*******BUYER BEWARE! The sandal runs large, 1/2 a size to a size. The seller admits they knew this in an email to me, but won't update their product description.
I am having a hard time getting ahold of customer service to find out what size I should get. Also, they send it to you in a Priority Mail box which is why the shipping is $10. The problem is, if you want to do a return or exchange you have to send it back in the same packaging, which means another $10 to ship it back. At that point, you have now spent more then the cost of the shoe in shipping! Also, they don't state this but they do not have a hassle free return policy. Not only do you have to spend $20 in shipping to return it (to get it & send it back) but you lose 5% of the cost in re-stocking fees!!!
I emailed customer service & got a reply the first time, but my next 3 emails were ignored. I called & called over a couple days, finally got someone on the phone, & she promised to call me back the next day. That was 2 days ago & she still hasn't called. **BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE*** department that doesn't return phone calls or emails, charges too much in shipping ($10 for a $17 shoe), & doesn't write accurate product descriptions (I would think if they KNOW the shoe runs large, they would acknowledge that in the product description). I am very unhappy with this purchase due to the hassle to get the correct size & the cost of shipping, & would NOT recomend you purchase these shoes, or anything from this seller, due to the fact that they do not maintain effective communication when they are called or emailed.
