(More customer reviews)We ordered these boots back in the the beginning of July. My 7 yr. old daughter wears them around the house every single day. She has already decided to wear them on her first day of school. My only problem was that when they arrived, they had a slice (cut with a box cutter) through the leather at the top of the foot. It is right where the fringe meets the foot, so when she is standing up it is not too obvious. I looked on the minnetonka website and this boot was no longer featured. I called the store that we purchased them from through amazon, and they did not have any more in stock. They were very helpful and said to send them back and they would order a replacement. Unfortunately, since they didn't have them in stock and they weren't on the minnetonka website, I was afraid to send them back for fear they wouldn't be able to replace them. My daughter literally did not want me to take them off her feet! All in all, the boots are great! My daughter loves them, and the service was wonderful. I just don't like to spend money on a product that arrives in less than perfect condition.
