(More customer reviews)This product was cute, except for when I took it out of the package, the string was broken, it did not fit, and when I sent it back and asked for a new one, they told me that it required the plastic I took off. I thought, no big deal, but then when I asked for a replacement, they did nothing as of yet. Ridiculous.
