(More customer reviews)I was looking for slippers for my female friend who was about to ship out to Iraq. I went through every single slipper on amazon.com and was thrilled when I found these. I wanted something a little girlie (the inside is pink) but appropriate for the military. I loved the chunky sole with the treds for traction in what could be a sandy area. Also if it rains or she's in sand her feet can stay out of the mess. They looked warm if the nights got cold but not so warm you couldn't wear them if it was hot. Plus they're easy to slip on and off for quick runs to the bathroom. She absolutely loved them and was so thrilled to have the perfect slippers to use the next 6 months in Iraq. I was guessing on the size so I went big and they fit perfectly. Even the box was really fun and girlie. I couldn't be happier with the shoes and neither could she.
