I did purchase a 1/2 size larger(usually a 71/2, but went w/ 8) and it gives just enough room for a warmer sock in cool weather. For those used to wearing boots it is a comfortable option compared to the flat bulky rain boot. I will be ordering a second pair. I will now put them to the test and see if the hold up w/ daily barn use.
